Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Jewellery by Ayushi. Because our pieces are handcrafted and delicate, we have specific guidelines regarding returns.
1. Returns & Exchanges
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, slight color variations, or size issues (please check measurements before purchasing).
- Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition or if the wrong item was delivered.
2. Damaged/Wrong Product Protocol
- Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- You must provide an unboxing video showing the damaged product and the original packaging.
- WhatsApp the 360 degree start-to-end (parcel opening to jewellery packet opening) video and images to +91-8975377769.
3. Replacement Process
- Once approved, we will issue a refund.
4. Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as we start processing immediately.
